About the Role:
 
Are you an experienced and dedicated professional looking for a new challenge? Join our dynamic team as an Area Service Manager! In this role, you’ll oversee service delivery and support on-site staff, primarily in Dublin and Kildare. Your contributions will be pivotal in maintaining high standards, fostering client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
• Ensure customer satisfaction through maintaining high standards and fostering strong relationships.
• Implement and maintain an efficient operating system on-site.
• Prioritize the health and safety of on-site staff, adhering to all regulations.
• Monitor and manage staff performance, providing necessary training and support.
• Conduct thorough onboarding and induction processes for new staff members.
• Act as the first point of contact for escalations and address client concerns promptly.
 
Main Duties:
 
• Visit client sites regularly to oversee operations and maintain standards.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and client specifications.
• Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Complete ISO and HSEQ documentation as required.
• Monitor the storage and security of equipment and materials.
• Assess staff performance and identify training needs.
• Conduct face-to-face checks and inductions for staff.

• Person Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of effectively managing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• A highly organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
