Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Area Sales Representative for a large company servicing North Dublin
This is a full time permanent position and a great opportunity to join an expanding company
Full Clean Drivers licence is essential
Competencies & Responsibilities
- Courtesy calls to build and maintain working relationships with existing customers
- Working with current customers to maximise sales and grow each current account
- New business Sales Development
- Ensure full availability of key lines in all stores
- Ensure orders are placed correctly and timely to company procedures
- Ensure Best Practice is being worked in all stores
- Support Display and Merchandising when required
- Participate in In-store Tastings for Special Promotions / Festivals / Occasions
- Administrative duties as directed
- Some Saturday work may be required
- Ability to problem solve
Administration Requirements:
- The ability to relate well with both internal staff and external customers and to work as part of a small team
- An excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a multi task environment and act in a cover capacity as required.
- The ability to work on own initiative and develop the best work practices for duties assigned.
- An understanding of basic sales and order fulfilment.
- An empathy with customer requirements.
- The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy within strict deadlines.
- Ability to report back to Sales Director weekly/daily as required
Experience
Minimum of 2 years working in food service sales as a priority.
