Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee regional sales activities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, providing customer support, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analytical skills for sales forecasting, market analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-enablement technologies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Knowledge or experience in the construction or tile manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing within high-quality ceramic wall and floor tiles would be ideal
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in customer service and/or a client-facing role
- A resourceful individual, with an optimistic nature and with great care and attention.
- Someone who enjoys a challenge, open to all aspects of the project and with a hands-on attitude
