About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Admin / Inventory Control Assistant to support our clients daily warehouse and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and working in a fast‑paced environment and someone who has a good drive

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Location: Dublin 3
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update inventory records daily
  • Monitor stock levels and flag shortages or discrepancies
  • Process incoming and outgoing orders
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock movement
  • Prepare delivery dockets, invoices, and documentation
  • Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with general administration duties as required
  • Support management with reporting and stock analysis
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, inventory control, or warehouse support
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient with IT systems and comfortable learning new software
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early start times
