About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Admin / Inventory Control Assistant to support our clients daily warehouse and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and working in a fast‑paced environment and someone who has a good drive
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Location: Dublin 3
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update inventory records daily
- Monitor stock levels and flag shortages or discrepancies
- Process incoming and outgoing orders
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock movement
- Prepare delivery dockets, invoices, and documentation
- Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with general administration duties as required
- Support management with reporting and stock analysis
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, inventory control, or warehouse support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with IT systems and comfortable learning new software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early start times
