Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant (HR /H &S ) for a large company based in D 22
This will be part of the HR and Health and Safety Team therefore Previous exposure to HR duties coupled with Health & Safety essential.
The Administrative Assistant will provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organised manner for a busy environment across various departments of the business.
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and strong attention to detail required.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of filing system (Physical & Sharepoint)
- Undertake execute administration tasks in timely, detail orientated manner
- Be able to multitask and work on numerous projects simultaneously.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately and promptly
- Take minutes and accurately enter data
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Assist with HR procedures, maintain personnel files, note taking etc
- Maintain Health & Safety matrix, staff training files and associated duties.
- Maintain contract database
- Diary management
Skills
- Exposure to previous HR & Health & Safety a distinct advantage.
- Proven experience as an administrator in a demanding environment.
- Advanced Excel & Word skills
- Proficient keyboard skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Teams
- Must have extensive Excel knowledge
- Proficiency in oral and written English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proactive approach with ability to meet deadlines with ease
