- Education: Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in role would be beneficial.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Record Keeping:
- Process invoices, expenses, and payments accurately and on time.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting software.
- Reconciliation:
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in monthly account reconciliations.
- Assisting with Financial Reporting:
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Help with end-of-month and end-of-year closing procedures.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Track outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Prepare and send customer invoices as needed. 5.
- Administrative Tasks: • Assist with filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle inquiries from suppliers, customers, and other departments.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
- Compliance and Process Improvement:
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
