Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Team Leader for a large company based in Ballymount
This is a full time permanent position and a great opportunity to join a large team
The team is Chinese speaking with English and may suit someone who speaks the language

- The Sales Team Leader performs various Functions in ensuring effective coordination of the sales department to achieving increased sales.
- Be acquainted with sales items and procedures in order to provide accurate information to customers and also to source new customers and boost sales with existing customers.
- Price change/ issue.
- Deal with Delivery Issues.
- Invoicing of daily orders.
- Supervise and monitor daily operations, ensure the compliance with established internal guidelines and requirements.
- Assist in scheduling working hours and involve in performance management.
- Roster & holiday arrangement.
- Generate sales report (monthly).
- Generate phone call report (monthly).
- Train new staff about product knowledge and operate the ordering & phone system.
- Coaching and guide staff on operating issue, handle exceptions and adjustments.
- Provide administrative support.
- Solve warehouse and transport problems.
- Solve delivery problem (including product issue).
- Provide customer service and professional advice.
- Handle complaints in a professional manner.
- New accounts setup – wholesale and food service.
- Response for sales orders.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to customer.
- Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed.
- Answer to email queries (Chinese & English).
- Ad-hoc project handling and arrangement (Calendar orders, gifts on mid-autumn festival and Christmas).
- IT support for teammates.

- Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and manage a team to achieving sales goals.

- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
- Fluent Chinese, Mandarin or Cantonese but not essential
