The candidate will also work alongside another manager who would be responsible for sales targets and other roles on the store’s floor.
The role :
• Improve operational processes
• Report on store performance, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase overall revenue
• Manage and mentor staff and improve team performance
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure store displays are appealing, aligned with brand standards, and optimise sales opportunities.
• Work with IT and other departments to ensure that the POS and other retail management systems function efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through technology.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives for retail expansion, process improvement, and market growth.
• Clear reporting and management of all sales through the company ERP system
