Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor based in Baldonnell
This is a Permanent position and an excellent opportunity to join a large company
Ideal Candidates Experience:
·Minimum two years customer facing experience – preferably in the commercial vehicle sector.
·Good communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English written and spoken.
·Experience in using Electronic parts Catalogues (an advantage but training will be offered).
·Good attention to detail and organisational skills with a flexible approach to work
·Experience using the CDK DMS (Kerridge) is a distinct advantage.
Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5:00pm (lunch time 1pm to 1:30pm)
22 days holiday per year
The Role:
·Working as a member of the parts team .
·Processing counter, telephone & Dealer enquiries.
·Developing good working relationships with current and prospective customers
·Identifying parts using an Electronic parts catalogue. (Rapido)
