Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join a large company based in Dublin 09
This is a full time permanent position and a great opportunity to gain a long term career
Hours for this role is 10 am – 4 pm Monday to Friday in the office
The candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to the team on a daily basis
Ideal candidate will have experience working within an Accounting and Auditing practice preferable however not mandatory
Role of Receptionist/Office Administrator
Permanent role Mon-Fri (10am – 4pm).
- Handling of telephone calls
- Client care – communications over the phone and via email
- Meeting and greeting clients in a courteous, professional and friendly manner
- Providing secretarial support to include dictaphone typing and file management
- Document mark-ups
- Filing and office administration
- Electronically filing emails and documents
Skills required
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skillsets to include experience using Microsoft Office Systems (MS Word/Outlook/Excel with excellent typing skills)
- Excellent administration skills and an ability to prioritise work
- A professional manner and excellent communications
- Ability to confidently communicate with clients at all levels
