Impulse Recruitment are currently hiring a HR Generalist for a large company based in Louth
This person will be titled People and Culture Generalist and will work as part of a super team and a super company
HR Qualifications are important along with experience however We are also interested in your passion for Culture , Engagement and People therefore someone outgoing, who loves people and engaging with all different departments daily would suit this person!
Working for a large company with many people no day will be the same and Lots of multitasking will be involved within the role
Working hybrid is currently in process now due to restrictions and Covid 19 however once restrictions are lifted office based will be the case going forward
Working hours are very compatible and would suit a lot of HR Candidates
The candidate
- The candidate will be very experienced within HR as a whole
- At least 3 years’ experience working previously as a HR Generalist
- Excellent communicator written and verbal is a must for this role
- Highly motivated and the ability to do things alone also working as part as a team
- Passionate about employee engagement and wanting to help
- Wellbeing and Culture
- Recognised HR Qualification would also be ideal
- FMCG environment working as a HR Generalist is not mandatory however is desirable
- Knowledge of Payroll Management (Use of Sage system would be ideal) or someone whom helped with Payroll weekly/ Monthly
- Outgoing and have excellent communication
- The ability to deal with all different situations
- Strong knwolsge of HR Policies , Practices and Employment Law
- Experience in Employee relations
