HR Administrator

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator for a large company based in Dublin 15

This is a full time permanent position and an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic transport team with fantastic career progression opportunities.

Hours are 08.00am -17.00pm

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Data management and data transfer
  • Assist with the onboarding of new starters
  • Assist and support our training audit process.
  • Electronic File management
  • Maintaining HR files and updating HR records both digitally and hard copies
  • Assist with recruitment cycle – Job Advertisement
  • Maintain the tracking of annual leave
  • General administration HR duties

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to multi task.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Team player with a Positive attitude.

Desirable

CIPD qualification or working towards one
