Direct Sales Manager

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Direct Sales Manager for a large company-based in Dublin servicing Dublin and Ireland

Join an amazing media company who provide highly engaging and entertaining advertising and media solutions across cinema, digital out of home and digital publishing.

We are currently seeking a Direct Sales Manager for the Outdoor Division. The role will report to the Commercial Director and collaborate in very close partnership with Outdoor sales team to sell advertising campaigns and liaise closely with our retail and trade partner teams.

Responsibilities

Revenue Driver:

· Deliver outdoor advertising revenue and where possible exceed all budgeted revenue lines on DOOH networks- Digital Out of Home Networks

· Drive revenue leveraging trade buyer and direct advertiser relationships.

· Convert new and expand existing direct advertisers suited to our asset portfolio.

Partner Account Management:

· Day to day key account management of all partners.

· Provide weekly sales progress updates internally and to partner teams.

· Identifying and following up target brands and leads from Trade and account teams.

Reporting:

· Support Commercial Director in securing and delivering Structured Quarterly Reviews with partners as required.

· Successfully manage and deliver all campaigns run and scheduled as detailed on Sales Sheets.

· Deliver successful end to end campaigns for clients with prompt campaign analysis (PCA’s)

· Drive advertiser & partner satisfaction.

Source New Opportunities:

· Support Sales Team in the production of new and compelling sales opportunities with support from Commercial leadership, Group Agency Director, and wider support teams (and where required external resources).

· Build out successful case studies around key Convenience and Multiple DOOH campaigns and partnerships.

Personal Skills and Attributes

  • Demonstrable skills in direct sales, account management, negotiation, and presentation
  • Sound commercial acumen and judgement.
  • Requirement of strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Self-motivated
  • Good team player
  • Knowledge of the Media market and Agency landscape
  • First-hand experience of sales activities and processes preferably in the media industry
  • An ability to read, understand and deliver research data and information.

Additional Skills and Experience an Advantage:

  • Sales Experience in Out of Home / Digital Advertising.
  • Experience of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
