Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Deputy Retail Manager for a large company based in Ballymount

The day to day operation of the store, coaching and managing the team to deliver great service, availability and a positive lasting impression
Taking full accountability for the store when the Store Manager is not present
Being the go to person for all colleagues for their day to day queries in the absence of the store manager.
Leading communication in the store and creating an environment of two way communication
Coaching and managing colleagues to enable them to deliver daily priorities and be in the right place at the right time to meet customer needs
Review reports and systems to enable you to deliver the right improvements for customers and colleagues
A role model for colleagues
Leading the replenishment teams to deliver better availability, merchandising and shelf edge standards
Creating an inspiring and welcoming working environment for customers and colleagues
To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in a similar work environment. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, Have a keen interest and passion in food.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Position.
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong retail sales skill set
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- This role is a 40 hour role based on a 5 over 7 day week (Hours of work are between 8-6)
- Must be available both weekday’s and weekend’s
