Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customs Compliance Manager for a large company based in North Dublin
This is a Full Time Permanent Position
You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring customs compliance across our busy team and will act as the key point of contact for knowledge, queries and compliance.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and some Saturdays, where business needs dictate.
What will I be doing?
- You will be the in-house expert on all customs-related matters, building relationships with internal departments and identify gaps, investigate queries and provide feedback.
- You will develop an excellent understanding of all new customs requirements and documents, communicating these within our team and driving compliance across the business.
- You will regularly collaborate with customs, operations teams and managers in Ireland and the UK to develop common standards, share learnings and implement solutions to ensure compliance.
- You will be liaising with customs authorities regularly, regarding clearance queries and subsequent audits and support our team to deliver training on all new requirements, as required.
