/ Sales Administrator for a large company based In D 22

This is a full time Permanent position and a great opportunity to join a fantastic company

The person will join a vibrant sales team, based in at the Dublin Head Office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent sales experience within a fast-paced environment.

This person is an overachiever with a hunger for always providing superb customer service.

Position: Full-time, Permanent. Location: Office based, Dublin 22.

Please note this is an office-based role and in the head, office located in Dublin 22

  • BA Degree and sales/admin experience.
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
  • Ensure weekly and monthly sales targets are achieved while maintaining margin.
  • Processing sales orders in a quick and timely manner.
  • Consistently manage all new leads that come through our Inbound process.
  • Provide excellent customer service and upsell where possible.
  • Resolve customer complaints/refunds where necessary in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Identify the needs of the prospective customer.
  • Achieve daily call activities and sales targets.
  • Use prospecting strategies to outreach all new prospects.
  • Work to convert losses into wins to the best of your ability.
  • Get on front of potential problems to minimize potential sales loss.
  • Excellent written, listening, administration and attention to detail skill

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years working in a sales environment.
  • Previous Tele-sales, sales administration & CRM experience.
  • Evidence of hitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
  • A desire to be the best.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Interest in Gym, Sport, and leisure Industry (advantage)

Skills:

Sales Customer Focus, Sales Lead, Sport/fitness coaching background desirable Decision-Making Tele sales and interpersonal skills.
