As the BDM you will play a key role in driving new business sales and expanding the company’s portfolio.
This is an exceptional opportunity to really influence the direction of the company for the next 10 years and to out your very own stamp on this role
Ideally you will be an experienced BDM within the Contract Catering sector or Facilities Management , with a love for all things food , Facilities and will already have established relationships with customers.
Competitive salary with uncapped commission will be offered and a chance to progress within a well-established company
Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management would be ideal
– 10 years’ experience in the Irish hospitality sector ideally within the Irish contract catering sector or within Business Development within large FMCG, OR Facilities
– Keen interest in food and keeping up to date with new international food concepts and trends.
– Minimum of 5 years Business Development Experience.
– Strong understanding of financial and trading accounts.
– Exceptional written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English Language.
– Strong MS PowerPoint skills and proficient with all Microsoft applications.
– Previous experience in pitching business to all levels of management.
– Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI’s set.
– Applicants are proficient in managing their time successfully.
– Access to car and hold a full clean driver’s licence as travelling throughout the Republic of Ireland is a large part of the role.
– The ability to be proactive, organised and handle work under tight deadlines.
