Key Result Areas / Accountabilities:
· Driving Customer Satisfaction Limerick
· Ensuring there are effective operating systems in place
· Managing our exceptional on-site team, ensuring they have all the tools they need to do the job
Main Duties:
· Visiting client sites on an agreed-scheduled basis.
· Monitoring (Quality) standards to ensure operating models are following cleaning standards
· Following up on any client concerns
· Completing ISO and HSEQ documentation
· Monitoring the storage & security of cleaning equipment and materials
· Monitoring staff performance and standards – identifying Training & development needs.
· Completing on-site induction and training of new staff – machinery, colour coding, COSHH
