Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Area Support Manager for a large company covering Dublin /Wicklow region
This is a full-time permanent position and a Field Based Customer focused role
This role will be to oversee service delivery and support staff on site
Key Result Areas / Accountabilities:
- Customer Satisfaction – Standards, relationship development and Management
- A reliable, responsive, efficient, consistent, productive, operating system on site
- The Health and Safety of staff on site
- Staff Performance
- Full trained and inducted staff to the correct standard on site – onboarding
- Escalation – 1st POC
Main Duties:
- Visiting client sites on agreed scheduled basis in accordance with client management plan.
- Monitoring (Quality) standards to ensure operating model is in accordance with cleaning standards and expectation (specification) – Quality Auditing (CT)
- Following up any client concerns
- Completing ISO and HSEQ documentation & forwarding
- Monitoring the storage & security of cleaning equipment and materials
- Monitoring staff performance and standards – identifying Training & development requirements, eLearning – escalating as required.
- Completing face to face mandatory checks and induction of staff to include employee sign up.
- Completing on site induction and training of new staff – machinery, colour coding, COSHH
Person Profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a customer facing role
- Soft Services / Technical skills – Experience
- Leadership skills
- Confident communication skills
- Solutions focused.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly organised individual
