Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Apple Enterprise Sales Manager for a large company based in D 22

Role Profile

Reporting to the Apple Enterprise Sales Manager, this role will actively help maximise sales revenue and GP levels, by ensuring all back-office tasks relating to Apple enterprise are carried out in a

timely and accurate manner, hence improve customer engagement. These include but not limited to, Order processing, answering customer queries (relating to stock availability, CTO builds and order status), sending out price and stock file, assisting in forecasting decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order entry of all Enterprise Apple orders. Including enterprise CTO’s
  • Answer customer queries relating to CTO Quotations, Building CTO SKU’s, stock availability, order status, pricing etc
  • Ensuring that strong customer relationships are developed and maintained to maximise sales while continuing to build brand profile
  • Analysis of Apple enterprise customers Back Orders on a daily basis
  • Provide cover for Admin Exec for Apple Retail
  • Take full responsibility for and management of the necessary allocated accounts always ensuring that the needs of the business are a foremost consideration
  • Help implement marketing and call out campaigns as required 
  • Ensure all necessary administration and associated duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner 
  • Participate in all necessary training and development activity

  • Support and coordinate with the various internal departments as required
  • Quickly gaining a detailed understanding of the Exertis and Apple ways of working
  • Drive innovation and process improvement within the total Exertis Apple retail business

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 1-2 years telesales experience
  • Very strong communication and influencing skills, specifically regarding telephone manner 
  • Results driven with high levels of accuracy, drive, energy and the ability to work on own initiative 
  • Ability to balance working on your own and as part of a team in a pressurised environment to demanding objectives
  • Ability to build relationships to support team members, share resources and knowledge and collaborate with others to achieve goals
  • Commercial acumen/awareness 
  • General computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Have the highest levels of integrity in the successful completion of your work
