Impulse Recruitment are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to join a large company based in Galway.
The candidate will have two years’ experience in a similar role, but will consider newly qualified suitable candidates who can prove that they are ready to take on the challenge, learn and hit the ground running.

Main Aspects of Role:
· Processing high volumes of Invoices.
· Dealing with Supplier queries.
· Processing PO, Non PO and Freight invoices on Sage & Trax
· Seek approval of Non-PO invoices.
· Assist in the preparing of weekly payment runs.
· Performing monthly account reconciliations.
· To ensure all accounting deadlines are met and that all reports are complete and accurate.
· Work with accounting and finance teams on ad hoc projects and needs
Essential Requirements:
· Processing/data entry and reconciliation experience
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
· Ability to prioritise and to work to deadlines
· Experience with SAGE 50 accounting package & TRAX
· Experience with Microsoft Office & excel skills.
· High level of attention to detail
· 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Salary: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
