Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounting Technician/Payroll Administrator for a large company based in D 13
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with the financial accountant to support the smooth running of the Accounts Department
The role is a part-time role, 3 days a week reporting to the financial accountant.
Key role and responsibilities –
- Administer payroll for 35 – 60 employees (peak season) on a fortnightly basis
- Ability to review rosters with variable hours across full time, part time and temporary staff
- Payroll processing from rosters to uploading to payroll software and ROS.
- Support financial accountant with forecasting of payroll and payroll reporting
- Ensuring that the Club is keeping up with employment legislative requirements
- Support financial accountant with bank reconciliation process
- Assist with running of reports like monthly debtors report and membership count reports
- Assist with analysis of sailing events and hospitality event
- Support with monthly stock control reconciliation
Skills
- A thorough and logical approach.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communicative skills.
- Competent IT skills, particularly in the use of excel.
- Qualified to accountant technician level or by experience
Pay: €34,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
