Main Responsibilities Include:
- This position will involve checking the servicing and cleaning of our guest bedrooms and public areas.
- To promote a helpful and professional image to the guest, and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, with a prompt caring and helpful attitude.
- To offer the highest level of guest service in Accommodation and public areas ensuring the agreed standards are always achieved.
- Be flexible in other departments of accommodation when required.
- To liaise closely with Accommodation Manager daily so as to ensure that there is effective communication between your department.
Skills Required:
- High standards of service and attention to detail.
- Strong Team Player
- Experience in working in an English-speaking environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
